Responsible for managing the overall creative concept development and direction of campaigns and graphic design for the Debenhams brand and own brands within it. Reporting to and working hand in hand with the Senior Creative Manager, also working very closely with the production team and having a close liaison with the rest of the Creative team, Brand, specifically Digital, Marketing and buying.
Tasks, Duties & Responsibilities:
• Work with the Senior Creative Manager and graphic design and production teams to develop all seasonal campaign and ad hoc creative concepts.
• Assist the Senior Creative Manager with all shoot art direction.
• Manage the Creative teams including photographers, hair and make up artists, stylists, retouchers and designers.
• Work closely with the Senior Creative Manager to ensure that all design work is in line with Debenhams brand strategy, including presenting to board of directors.
• Act as a brand guardian to ensure creative output is consistent across all multi-channel touch points.
• Support a team of graphic designers of all levels.
• Support with all ad-hoc and seasonal projects for example press events.
Graphic Designer & Creative Lead | Lions Prep.

Working within a start-up environment and working closely with the Lions Prep Founder in driving the brand forward into vast business growth. Acting as the Creative and Design Lead for all brand and marketing direction. Full responsibility of the Lions Prep rebrand, including logo redesign, new creation of brand guidelines, new sustainable packaging design, end-to-end UX design of the new website, creative direction for photography and content. My main responsibilities include managing the Junior Graphic Designer and Creative Copywriter, ensuring all website, email, paid social ads and any ad-hoc marketing is delivered on brand and high quality to fulfil business needs and growth. Daily responsibilities include:
Creative direction for Lions Preps photography and videography, creating shoot concepts, art direction, management on shoots and working closely with the photographer/videographer to ensure branding standards are met.
Designing wireframes and creative webpages for desktop and mobile. Responsibility of creative concept right through to delivery to developers.
Print and packaging design for all of Lions Prep packaging including delivery boxes, food boxes, box leaflets and any other ad hoc marketing material to increase retention.
Managing the Junior Graphic Designer and ensuring digital and print design is executed to fulfil branding and business growth.
Creative and design concepts for all marketing email designs and static and motion paid social ads.

Working with the Senior Brand Design Manager and managing the Junior Designer, working on creative solutions for a wide breadth of initiatives from digital marketing campaigns to in-store visual merchandising, driving brand recognition and delivering campaigns to the highest standard. For 5 months I took on the role of Senior Brand Design Manager as well as Graphic Designer in the absence of the manager. My main duties included, managing the Oasis rebrand and converting all the new branding into our campaign creatives and other business collateral. Working on set, preparation for shoots and lead support to the Creative Director on all creative. Communicating with retouchers, passing on retouch notes. Working closely on art direction and creative ideas. Preparing presentations for executive teams to support the Creative Director on campaign creatives.
My main duties throughout the role included:
